Jane is also a non-Executive Director and seeks further appointments. Having spent 30 years of her life advising boards of company clients both in relation to disputes but also investigations arising out of fraudulent conduct and bribery and corruption allegations, she is well placed to be a non-Executive Director assisting the executive team. Using her risk management skills built over the years as a litigator she can help identify business risks ahead and navigate the labyrinth of compliance and governance issues that every company faces. Her mediation skills are invaluable in working with the various stakeholders in a company to ensure that everyone is working to the benefit of the company and its shareholders.
