Jane has been asked by both law firms and corporate clients direct to assist on a consultancy basis with their disputes . Jane has experience of managing a dispute for clients as well as managing external advisers. Jane is also appointed at an early stage in a project when parties are anxious to avoid issues arising to be a guiding adviser to one of other party. Jane has most recently  been appointed as an " in Life mediator " acting as a neutral for all parties in assisting them to avoid disputes and helping  them  to  to resolve issues " as they arise "  during the life of the project so as to avoid valuable time lost and for the project to continue as business as usual .
